Aero Rascals
We want you to be happy with your Aero Rascals order. Every item is made to order, so we handle returns a little differently to mass-produced retail.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are printed specifically for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please check sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll put it right.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- There is a clear printing defect or quality issue
If this applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Email us at hello@aerorascals.com and we’ll take it from there.
What happens next
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. You won’t be asked to return faulty items.
